Monthly memberships are available for once or twice weekly sessions, or one off sessions, blocks or five or blocks of ten sessions and gift vouchers are also available.
Small Group Training:
Sometimes you need a friend or two to train with! Want to split the cost and have more fun? Book in with your friend!
From 29th March we are allowed to meet up outside in Covid secure classes! To start with we have Bootcamp and Buggyfit, once the weather is more reliable Rockbox will be added. Classes are currently held at Penrith Rugby Club.
Bootcamp: An hour of good old fashioned sweat and strengthening! Options available for all fitness levels
Buggyfit: An hour to make new friends and strengthen and tone those bits of your body that need some TLC. From complete beginners to seasoned exercisers I will give options for all. Super friendly and relaxed environment, please don’t worry if you need to rest, feed or change the baby, we all know what it’s like having a small person! Dad, Grandma, Granny, Nana and any carer are also very welcome
I've been going to see Helen for just under a year on a one to one basis every week. I really look forward to these sessions as Helen is a very good coach and gets the best out of me by delivering a well structured program, which varies every week. Whilst we have been unable to attend weekly sessions (due to Covid-19) Helen has sent me workouts via TrueCoach which has kept my motivation and fitness levels up. I can't recommend Helen enough, she is a very professional PT, however delivers the sessions in a very informal manner (and the banter is good!) which puts me at eased makes me want to go back.
