How can I help you with your food? I don't look for extreme diets or quick fixes - this is about long term changes that will continue to work for the rest of your life. Understand what your body needs and uses compared to what you are taking in.
Most diets suck, you get told what to eat and when to eat it, this isn’t sustainable or enjoyable, they don’t work in real life. Being in control of what you eat, tracking until you are aware of what you need, and not ‘banishing’ food groups from your diet is the way to go for long term success.
What do I do? I get you to start tracking your food, we see where you can improve and give you goals to reach to hit your targets, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain or just addressing energy balances. This is all done via the TrueCoach app, which links up with MyFitnessPal. In the app you get direct contact with me and can journal your food/week/training, upload progress pictures and receive feedback once a week. I can see what you have tracked throughout the week and will tweak your calories/macros when needed. Monthly recipe packs are included so that you have fresh ideas and don’t get bored and de-rail.
Online nutrition courses are now available! These are aimed at teaching people how to eat better, change habits and build a healthier relationship with food. Knowing what you need and why, building the foundations to get rid of yo-yo dieting or not feeling top notch in your training, support your body the way it needs. Facebook groups or through the website so you can learn at your own pace.
